Dynamic Building Maintenance has been fantastic managing Sienna. I’ve owned units in Strata blocks before and Kaylar (DBM) is the best building manager. He’s always available and willing to help out residents with their building issues/concerns/emergencies. I’m on the committee also and the building managers reports are always thorough, BM meeting notes are kept up to date and due to good reporting we always have a good conversations that progress actions fast.
